Development Manager

Rabih oversees all development aspects of projects at Zail Properties from market research and acquisition to project delivery. Rabih is responsible for the smooth progress of projects and works directly with the municipalities, financial institutions, consultants, contractors and purchasers to ensure projects are on track and meet all stakeholders’ expectations.

Rabih has a Masters degree in Real Estate from Harvard University and a Masters degree in Architecture from University of Balamand – Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts. He has worked in multiple geographies such as New York City, Lebanon, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia with years of experience in real estate development. Prior to joining Zail Properties, Rabih worked directly with and consulted governments in the Middle East on giga real estate projects. In addition, he has worked as senior development associate and project manager for several established developers.

Rabih enjoys an active and adventurous lifestyle. If he is not at the gym or spending quality time with his friends and family, he is always out exploring new places on his motorcycle or traveling to the furthest spots on earth. He is also a passionate skier.
